Earn loyalty crumbs by ordering online

 

Bakerylunch Loyalty Scheme

Every order placed on Bakerylunch now earns loyalty 'crumbs'.
The table below shows how many crumbs you will earn based on your order value.

1000 Loyalty Crumbs = £5.00 voucher

 

The loyalty scheme has been applied to all registered people on Bakerylunch and so you don't need to sign up to benefit from it.

Once you have got to 1000 crumbs a £5.00 voucher will be put in with your order. Each time a voucher is produced your 'crumbs' balance will be reduced by 1000.

 

You don't need to do anything other than place your orders, we'll do the rest! If you wish to know how many crumbs you have got, send us an email.

Bakerylunch FAQs

  • Can I order lunch for today?
    • Order before 11am for lunchtime delivery on the same day.
  • Do I have to register?
    • Yes, but we have made registration as quick and easy as possible. We do not require you to provide us with credit card information to register.
  • Where will my order be delivered to?
    • The main, ground-floor entrance or reception.
  • Does your delivery area cover where I work?
    • Check the drop down list with the current delivery roads on the Bakerylunch page.
  • My address isn't in the delivery area, will it be expanding?
  • Is there a delivery charge?
    • Yes, each order has a small delivery charge of 35p. This helps keep our products competively priced.
  • What is the minimum order?
    • Just £3 per delivery. If you place orders for two or more days you will be charged 35p for each additional order.
  • What time can I expect my order to be delivered?
    • Between 11.30am - 1pm.
  • Do you deliver at weekends?
    • No, just Mondays - Fridays.
  • I have internet access at home but not at work, can I still place an order?
    • Yes, you will receive a receipt for your order soon after placing it so there is no need to access our website on the day of delivery.
  • If someone places an advance order, will products be out of stock for same day orders?
    • No, we've created a comprehensive stock system to ensure what you order is available when you order it for.
  • What happens if more than one person orders from the same address?
    • If you place your order together and make a single payment online then you'll only have one delivery charge and your orders will arrive as one order. Otherwise your orders will arrive seperately and each order will have a delivery charge.
  • How can I pay?
    • We accept all the major credit cards via our secure online payment page or you can choose cash on delivery for same day orders with a value less than £25.00. Our stock system ensures all the products displayed are available, so order away.
  • My credit card's not registered to the delivery address?
    • No problem - in fact most customers' won't be. Just follow the simple prompts for your card details.
  • Can I order hot food?
    • No, Bakerylunch offers a range of chilled and ambient products but our shops and cafes provide hot food. To find your nearest , visit out Retail section.
  • Will I get a receipt showing the price of each product?
    • Yes, a receipt will be sent by email after you place an order. A delivery note will also be included with your order, detailing the items ordered for that day and the prices charged.
  • How long can I take with my order?
    • You will be asked to login again if you start an order and don't complete the transaction within 15 minutes. This ensures our stock system remains accurate.

Celebration Cake FAQs

  • Can I order online?
    • Yes, ordering your cake online is easy. You can then either collect your cake from one of our shops or have your cake delivered to any Eastbourne, East Sussex address (delivery charge applies).
  • Are cakes covered in marzipan?
    • Fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan under the sugarpaste, but sponge cakes DO NOT have marzipan.
  • Can I have my cake delivered?
    • We can deliver your cake to any Eastbourne address (delivery charge applies).
  • Can I order a novelty shaped cake?
    • We do not make novelty shaped cakes but we can print a picture or photo(s) of your choice on top of the cake to personalise it.
  • How much notice is required?
    • We require 2 working days.

Product Information

IMPORTANT - Our bakery uses nuts in a small minority of products. For this reason, regretfully we cannot guarantee that minute amounts will not find their way into other baked goods.

Our ingredients are sourced from quality supplies and where possible we look to benefit from the freshness of local suppliers.

Currently, our bread and rolls are not suitable for gluten-free diets.
